1. Data Controller

The data controller for personal data processed within the SRD GO application is Salumanus Sp. z o.o., ul. Walerego Sławka 8a, 30-633 Kraków, Poland. For any inquiries related to data protection, please contact us at: rodo@salumanus.com.

2. Scope and Purpose of Data Processing

We may process the following data when using the SRD GO application:

  • IP address (for diagnostics),
  • device identifier,
  • basic operating system information,
  • app name and version, session tokens,
  • usage duration,
  • optical module memory status,
  • event history from the programmer and module

The data is processed for the following purposes:

  • provision of the service under the contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)),
  • diagnostics and functionality of the app (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the controller).

3. Data Retention

Data is retained for the entire duration of the application's operation and the provision of the service, as well as for the time necessary to fulfill diagnostic and security purposes. If the use of the application is discontinued, data may still be processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

4. Data Recipients and Transfer Outside the EEA

All data is stored on Microsoft Azure servers, which may be located outside the European Economic Area. As of now, no standard contractual clauses (SCCs) have been signed. Users should be aware of this.

5. User Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.

6. Data Security

We make every effort to protect personal data using appropriate technical and organizational measures. However, no method of data transmission over the Internet is entirely secure.

7. Children

The SRD GO application is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 16.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy. The latest version will be made available in the app. Please review this policy periodically.
